We are currently seeking an Operator in our Enrobing department on 2st Shift for our 12 hour crew.
Typical work week will be Monday thru Wednesday and Thursday thru Saturday, with 36 hours worked. 
Will be paid for 40 and able to volunteer for more.

Typical hours are 3:00pm - 3:30am.

This crew will rotate their schedule Quarterly. Rotating from Monday thru Wednesday to Thursday thru Saturday and then back again and so on.

Job Description

• Receives, inspects and delivers product per RSC standards.
• Must be able to read and understand acceptable product specifications established by RSC and recognize deviations from those specifications.
• Requires constant attention to detail.
• Performs clean-up activities as assigned.
• May be assigned other duties by plant management as required.
• Must be able to read and understand formulas/recipes, measurements, tapes and thermometers.
• Must be able to read and understand product specifications established by Russell Stover Candies and recognize deviations from those specifications.

• Must have ability to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend, climb and lift to meet cleaning requirements.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination and possess motor skills enabling mobility and quick reflexes.
• Must have visual/hearing ability sufficient to recognize or detect warning devices/signs.
• Must have ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.
• Noisy environment.
• Body strain from repeated motion.
