You will be taking a tour of the plant, so we ask that you dress appropriately.
- Comfortable shirt with long or short sleeves (no muscle, tank or camisole type tops).
- Full-length pants or blue jeans that do not have rips or tears.
- Tennis Shoes/Closed Foot Shoes, flat shoes, or Safety toe shoes (no sandals, heels, open-toed or open foot footwear).
- We will provide any additional PPE required for the tour.
Because we make consumable food, please note the following:
Your clothing may not have sequins, rhinestones, or bling.
Do not wear any jewelry or perfume/cologne/body spray (yes, chocolate will pick up scents!)
As part of our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) nail polish and/or artificial nails aren't typically allowed in production areas. If you happen to have them for the tour, no worries - we will provide gloves to ensure everything stays in compliance.
Also, as part of the pre-employment process, we require a urine analysis conducted on-site for drug screening purposes. Please note, that if/when an offer is extended, you will be asked to complete a drug screen assessment.
Additionally, candidates must bring their I-9 documents for employment verification. The I-9 form, or Employment Eligibility Verification, is required to prove both identity and employment authorization. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a U.S. passport or passport card, permanent resident card, or driver's license along with a social security card or birth certificate. If the document does have an expiration date - it must be current.
