A day in the life…
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking all incoming calls from customers, consumers and sales personnel. Individuals must be able to pass four (4) weeks in-house training program.
What you will be doing…
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all customer initiated contacts (phone, email) in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with internal customers and consumers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in order entry, order resolution and web and system navigation.
- Resolve customer and consumer issues in a proactive manner.
- Demonstrate successful ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and performing cross-functional duties.
- Demonstrate strong problem resolution skills.
- Identify products that meet consumers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.

(Basic Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
Do you stand above the rest?
(Preferred Qualifications)
- 6 months to 1 year call center or customer service related experience
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Web based sales systems
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to establish rapport with customers
- Problem solving
- Strong listening skills
- Experience using Web based sales systems
