Schedule: Monday- Friday, 1:30pm- 10pm
Starting pay: $15.68/hr with raises every 4mons. up to 12 mons.

• Operates equipment, tools, and machinery in a safe and proficient manner.
• Requests, receives, maintains, weighs, bags & inspects.
• Must be able to read and understand process specifications, scales, weights, and volumes.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail.
• Verify that process, specifications, from raw material to packaged goods, are maintained at acceptable levels.
• Maintain high level awareness of area sanitation.
• Works with employees and managers.
• May be assigned additional duties by QA Manager, if required.

Requirements:

• Basic math skills, reading, writing, good communication skills and good documentation skills.
• Computer skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and detail oriented.
• Experience with and the organizing of batch set ups.
• Self-motivated and teamwork orientated.
• Lab Testing Procedures annual document review and assessment.
• Able to read and prioritize daily schedules.
• Able to read formulas, order raw materials, do monthly inventory.
• Good communication with kitchen & ability to handle changes to the production schedule.
• RSC Production experience (Optional)
• Ability to help implement and train on QUA/SOP’s (Optional)
• Able to use moisture analyzer, scales (& calib) and Weight and liquid conversions (Optional)
