A day in the life…

As a Direct To Consumer (D2C) Program Execution Specialist, you bring ideas to life across our Retail Shops, Ecommerce, and B2B channels. You’ll be responsible for program developing and implementing various programs including shaping the Rewards Club loyalty experience to dreaming up new gifting concepts, you help build programs that surprise, delight, and connect with our customers.

You’ll partner with teams across the business to bring programs from concept to reality – including ideation, process development, partner with IT team infrastructure and system setup, testing and development. You’ll dive into results, uncover what’s working (and what’s not), and share insights that help us continuously elevate customer experience. This role blends creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.

What you will be doing…

  • Oversee the development and primary implementation of Retail Shop, Ecommerce and B2B programs as well as new product initiatives.  This includes consumer loyalty programs, consumer satisfaction programs, marketing and shopper traffic driving initiative effectiveness and more.
  • Monitor program performance to evaluate effectiveness and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Providing recommendations for packaging and/or merchandising of new products, costs, margins, product promotions, sales pricing, and price changes as necessary also serve as a liaison to other departments during product development
  • Execute seasonal and ongoing campaigns by collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and provide campaign information and collateral, then communicate plans and tactics to the team.
  • Implementing and analyzing results of retail marketing projects as needed; including but not limited to:
    • New Store Opening Marketing plans
    • Retail marketing campaign tracking and measurement
    • Creating calendars for in-store marketing activities
  • Foster productive relationships with key stakeholders to share best practices, provide technical guidance, and expand influence.
  • Compile spreadsheets and generate charts and tables to visually present data.



If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant’s food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

Do you have what it takes?

(Basic Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience supporting programs, projects or cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once and seeing them through completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using data to measure success and guide next steps
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.
