A day in the life…
As the Sourcing Manager for Business Services & Retail, you'll lead sourcing strategies across a wide array of indirect spend categories that support the front and back of our business. This includes corporate services (e.g., marketing, HR, finance, IT) and our retail footprint (e.g., store operations, signage, fixtures, uniforms, and more). You’ll partner cross-functionally to drive value, manage supplier performance, and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of business-critical services and goods.
What you will be doing…
Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies

Create and implement sourcing strategies across business services and retail categories in alignment with company goals and stakeholder needs.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies that enhance efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.
Supplier Management and Negotiation

Build and maintain strong relationships across business services and retail categories, fostering collaboration and vendor accountability.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements for both short-term projects and long-term needs.
Project Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with departments such as Marketing, Retail Operations, HR, IT, and Finance to understand business needs and develop category strategies.

Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Retail Procurement Support

Support company-owned retail stores through sourcing of fixtures, supplies, uniforms, and seasonal materials.

Ensure timely procurement for store refreshes, seasonal programs, and special projects.
Risk Management and Market Analysis

Monitor industry trends, service innovations, and supplier landscapes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Anticipate potential risks and develop contingency strategies for service continuity.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement

Leverage data and KPIs to evaluate supplier performance, identify savings opportunities, and enhance procurement processes.

Lead supplier business reviews and drive accountability for performance improvement.
Compliance and Sustainability

Ensure all sourcing activity aligns with internal policies, compliance standards, and sustainability objectives.

Advocate for responsible sourcing practices across service and retail categories.
Do you have what it takes?
Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably involving business services or retail.

Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost savings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP and COUPA.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A master's degree in Supply Chain or Business.

Experience in the consumer goods or retail sector.

Familiarity with procurement tools and indirect sourcing best practices.

Demonstrated success in managing marketing, retail operations, or professional services spend.
