Description

We are currently seeking a Lead for our Enrobing Department for 2nd Shift Weekend Crew.
This position is on 2nd shift and the typical work week is Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Hours may vary depending on peak seasons.
Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Job Description
  • Directs, controls, monitors, assists, and trains employees assigned to a specific area, line, or team per directed by Supervisor's instruction.
  • Must be able to communicate with and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Operates machinery, equipment and tools in a safe and proficient manner according to standards.
  • Maintains records, delivers, inspects and performs all activities required of other members fo the area, line and team.
  • Must be able to read and understand product specifications established by Russell Stover Candies and recognize deviations from those specifications
  • Perform clean up activities as assigned
  • May be assigned other jobs by plant management as required.

Basic Job Qualifications 
  • Ability to comprehend formulas/recipes, measurements, and use tapes and thermometers
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Previous lead and/or supervisory experience is required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
