We are currently seeking Operators in our Enrobing department on 1st shift for our 12 hour crew.
Typical work week will be Monday - Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday, with 36 hours worked.
Shift start 4:00AM-4:30PM  with 30 min lunch break
Work week schedule will rotate every 10 weeks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Listed in order, ranking the most essential duties first. Essential functions are primary job duties that are intrinsic to the position.

• Operates machinery, equipment, and tools in a safe and proficient manner according to standards, guidelines and instructions.
• Sets up equipment, observes process and activity in area or online. Ensures product meets specifications per RSC requirements.
• Performs maintenance as required. Must have ability to read scales, rules, tapes, and thermometers.
• Must be able to read and understand quality specifications established by RSC for each product and recognize deviations from those specifications.
• Assists, trains, directs, and monitors other employees of area, line or team as directed by supervisor.
• Performs clean-up activities as assigned.
• Conforms to rules.
• May be assigned other duties by plant management as required

Basic Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to read and understand recipes
• Possess basic math skills
• Able to read and write in English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Able to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend and lift overhead during a 10 hour shift
• Able to stand on hard surfaces for the duration of a 12 hour shift

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
