Description
This position is for 2nd Shift 4:15PM to 3:15AM and the typical workweek will be Monday - Thursday. Overtime and/or weekends may be required during peak seasons.

Job Description
- Directs, controls, monitors, assists, and trains employees assigned to a specific area, line, or team per directed by Supervisor's instruction.
- Must be able to communicate with and delegate tasks to team members.
- Operates machinery, equipment and tools in a safe and proficient manner according to standards.
- Maintains records, delivers, inspects and performs all activities required of other members fo the area, line and team.
- Must be able to read and understand product specifications established by Russell Stover Candies and recognize deviations from those specifications
- Perform clean up activities as assigned
- May be assigned other jobs by plant management as required.
Basic Job Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend formulas/recipes, measurements, and use tapes and thermometers
- Ability to read and write English
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
