In addition:
- Work with electricians or electrical engineers to keep machinery and specialty equipment running correctly.
- Able to use specialized measuring and diagnostic devices to evaluate how electrical equipment is working.
- Knowledge of building and or calibrating instrumentation, build electronic devices based on reading schematics, inspect for problems, replace old equipment and install new equipment.
- Be able to look for problems in complicated electrical grids, isolate the issue and solve it.
- Be able to look at electrical blueprints and scan them for issues, making sure that they work before installed.
- Have knowledge of working with wires, using hand tools and handling small components.
- Have good math skills.
- Technicians need to be able to look at electrical grids and evaluate them for any problems to make sure they are being installed correctly.
Hours are 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Moday through Thursday. MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK OVERTIME.

Basic Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend and lift overhead during a 10 hour shift
- Ability to read rulers, tapes, scales, thermometers, and calibration tools
- Experience performing preventative maintenance services using checklists, inspecting, analyzing, and diagnosing machine and assembly components
- Experience performing machine adjustments, repaired or rebuilt assembly components
- Knowledge of how to maintain the proper storage/disposal of lubricants, solvents, paint and other chemicals in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies
