The EDI Analyst will be responsible for administering Russell Stover’s EDI systems to include monitoring, analyzing, issue resolution and providing maintenance and troubleshooting support for the business on a daily basis. This is a high volume role with heavy interaction with Retail, Sales, Logistics, IT and external Trading Partners. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys resolving issues and does well working independently in a dynamic and fast based environment.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development & testing of new Trading Partners and/or Messages
• Collaborate with internal IT team, EDI service provider and trading partners
• Comply with documentation and testing standards
• Monitor SAP for failed IDocs related to EDI
• Monitor IBM Inflight portal for failed EDI documents
• Analyze and resolve errors and issue on a daily basis
• Collaborate with Business, IT and IBM as needed
• Support business with applicable master data maintenance in SAP
• Address any queries, concerns or issues raised by Trading Partners
• Facilitate creation and/or extension of EDI trading partner relationships as needed by Business
• Facilitate creation and/or extension of EDI messages as needed by Business
• Test new/extended EDI trading partner relationships or messages (maps) and facilitate deployment into production
• Monitor IBM Inflight portal and applicable subsystems to identify, analyze and resolve errors related to various EDI interfaces to sales and distribution systems

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on experience in administering EDI systems and processes
• Experience administering EDI systems and processes in an SAP environment for a consumer packaged goods company
• Experience analyzing and resolving EDI processing issues

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external business partners
• Ability to work effectively under tight timeframes
• Ability to multitask
