Are you a talented & energetic designer who likes to roll up their sleeves and dive into a wide range of challenging projects? If so, Russell Stover Chocolates is looking for you to join our in-house creative team! This position is open to a dynamic & well-rounded designer with a passion for page layout. You will work on everything from packaging to in-store signage for both seasonal and everyday product ranges with a focus on our seasonal catalogs. We are looking for someone with solid branding skills to create decadent designs that connect consumers with our legacy brands. This designer will take projects from concept to completion and must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Excellent communication skills are required and must be a team player. This role requires a designer who is highly organized with a keen eye for details and proofreading.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator on a Mac platform
• Experience in Photoshop on a Mac platform
• Design execution experience from concept to print
• Print production experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Package design experience
• Creative problem solver with a passion for design
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Sense of humor strongly preferred
• Live within the KC metro area - relocation not provided
